The 2009 harvest season is gone, but our farmers are busy ordering seeds and planning their next growing season. I can almost smell the spring soil and young plants working their way to the warm sunshine.

Winter brings foggy mornings and cold nights. The trees, shrubs and wild critters are hybernating, but will soon awake to a promising spring!

Ask your farmer for a recipe or a quick tip to best use their fresh produce and protein.
